Neon French Mani with Polka Dots

Hey y'all!  Just wanted to share my nails of the day that I did at school.  The french tip is done with China Glaze Flip Flop Fantasy and the dots are done using OPI Black Onyx and Alpine Snow. 

I love the simplicity of this design, it's quick and easy but it really pops!  My toes are the same right now too! :)

Hello Kitty Acrylic sculptured nail art

Hey y'all!  Today I wanted to share some super cute Hello Kitty acrylic sculptured nail art I did.   These designs were inspired by a photo I saw in the November 2012 edition of NailPro Magazine.

I am really proud of how these came out.  This was my first attempt at sculpted anything besides bows and flowers.  Luckily Hello Kitty isn't really too complicated as far as shapes go.  They were done using white, blue, and red acrylic and I painted the eyes and nose with craft paint.  I made the big blue bow on a piece of wax paper and glued it on later but everything else was sculpted right on the nail. I love it!!!! . 

This probably isn't something I'd ever wear but it was a lot of fun to create.

Just a bunch of random nail art

Hey y'all!  This week in class I did a bunch of different nail art so I just thought I'd share some of my favorites I did.

I just started doing random different nails.  On the top, the first one on the left was actually a design I have been wanting to do for a few months.  I saw that design when me and my kids were watching the Nickelodean Kid's Choice awards lol  


These 5 were my favorite designs of all but I love love love the black and white rose nails, I think it may be my absolute favorite of all of them

OPI Gel Marble

Hey y'all! Just a quick post  to share a gel polish marble I did a few weeks ago on myself.  Doing a needle marble with gel is SOOOOO much easier than with regular polish.  You don't have to worry about it drying before you can work the needle or stylus in the polish.  It's awesome!

I am not sure which polishes I used here, but they are all OPI gel polishes.

School and Client Nails

Hey y'all!  I just thought I'd share some client nails I've done lately.  I mostly do just regular polish manicures so I don't always take pictures but these are a few nail art manicures I've done.

This is a pretty pink gradient with China Glaze Fairy Dust on top. 

Cheetah Print and rhinestones and gradients!!!  Love! 

This is a simple but pretty accent nail manicure.  Coral and gold are perfect together! 

School is still going well.  I have roughly 52 days left until I graduate, woohoo!  Hopefully I won't have to wait too long after graduation to go take my state board exam.  The next few weeks are going to be tough as far as school goes.  Our next several chapters we're working on are tough.   Diseases and  anatomy and chemistry...oh my! I've done really well thus far on my weekly exams but these next ones are kind of stressing me out.
