Summer Fun Challenge~Day 5 Are We There Yet?

Hey y'all!  We're on Day 5 of the Neverland Nail Blog's Summer Fun Challenge, today's theme is "Are we there yet?".  It's supposed to be your most creative road trip or vacation mani.  I don't know about you, but I love a good road trip.  I love being in the car with the radio up, watching the world go by.

When I was thinking about what I wanted to do for today's challenge I really focused on the road trip scenario.  If my husband and I were to load up in the car and take a quick weekend road trip, where would I want to go?  My first thought is really always the same when I want a road trip...NEW ORLEANS BABY!  It's about a 5 hour drive from me and NOLA is my 2nd favorite place on Earth.  1st is home of course lol.  I love, love, love New Orleans....or Nawlin's if you're so inclined ;).

The polishes used are: China Glaze Lemon Fizz, China Glaze Recycle, Sinful Colors Black on Black, Sinful Colors Innocent, Pure Ice French Kiss, Wet and Wild Sunny Side Up, and Zoya Dominique. 

 
When most people think of New Orleans they automatically think of Mardi Gras but believe me there is SO much more to my beloved than that.  The culture, the architecture, the shopping, the FOOD lol.  There's just so much to see and do.  It's really one of the most unique places I've ever been, I just love it.  I think everyone should go at least once in their life to experience this beautiful city.

Shopping in the French Market is really nice. 

You HAVE to have an original Hurricane drink at Pat O'Briens in the French Quarter.  Holy mother of fruity drinks it's goooood.

Driving around just looking at all the buildings is one of my favorite things to do.
