Hey y'all! I can not even begin to describe just how excited I am about my first Football series post of the season. If you don't know, I did a series last NFL season where I did a different NFL team mani every Sunday of the season. I did 20 different team nail art posts, you can see them all HERE.
I am SO excited to share my first team of the season. THE NEW ORLEANS SAINTS!!! I'm a Louisiana girl through and through, and I love my Saints!!!
This Saints nail art was done using China Glaze Blonde Bombshell, Sinful colors Black on Black, and Pure Ice White.
I also tried doing Saran Wrap nails for the first time and holy awesome nails batman! This technique is seriously awesome, isn't it? I can't even describe what it looks like, it's just so cool looking. I will be doing this technique again very soon, so be on the look out lol.
I can't wait to watch the game this afternoon! Geaux Saints! Who Dat! :)

Can you explain how you got the marbled look! Is it a black base or a green/gold base?
ReplyDeleteIt's a gold base, the polish I used here is China Glaze "Blonde Bombshell". You let the base polish dry (the gold) and then do a coat of black and very quickly, before it dries,then you take little balls of saran wrap and dab it onto the nail. It will take off parts of the black polish and you will see the gold come through and give you the marbled look.
