OPI Gradient & Swatches

Hey y'all!  A few weeks ago I did a post for Beale Street Inspired Nail Art.  They were done for a nail art contest with a Memphis theme. I don't think I ever posted here but I WON!!!  I was so excited that I won!  I got my contest prize last week and it is a doozy!  I won the entire OPI Germany collection and they are so beautiful. So today I am featuring three of the polishes from the collection.  I did a gorgeous gradient with them and did swatches to share too.

The polishes used are OPI Deutsch you Want Me Baby?, OPI Danke-Shiny Red, and OPI German-icure By OPI.

Aren't they gorgeous?  I love them, they are so perfect for fall. I will be posting more swatches and nail art with the rest of the collection over the next few weeks so stay tuned.  XOXO

  1. Congrats on winning :) those are super cool polishes.

  2. Nice gradient and definitely a deserved win :) Well done

  3. OMG what a badass prize, congratulations! This gradient makes me want to put on a sweater and drink hot chocolate or something ASAP. I really like yr new header too!

  4. I love all those colours--and what a perfect gradient! I want that collection O_O

  5. Wow, that is elegant and perfect. Congratulations on winning the prize!

  6. That is one of the most perfect gradients I have ever seen!

  7. hi amber! i hope its not too late to ask a question, but ive been waiting for just the right time to do this mani, i bought all 3 colors just to do it! the time is now, haha, as fall has begun, and the weather is going to change soon...
my question is this..did you paint 1 or 2 coats of the deutsch you want me, baby? before you did the rest of the gradient? these 3 colors are cheer, and it lloks like i would need 2 coats to start, but im wondering if the gradient would "flesh out" the orange color more?

    1. I did two coats of deutsch you want me baby before doing the gradient. If you let it dry good you shouldn't have any problems. The other two colors are pretty opaque so you will get a good gradient with them.

  8. ps i live in metairie, just outside new orleans, and i love your saints manis!

  9. thanks, im going to try it out today!
    *sheer* not cheer, lol.

Thanks for stopping by today, I would love to hear any comments or questions you may have! :)
