edited to add: I just realized that today is NOT the 12th, it's the 11th. So technically, the anniversary isn't until tomorrow. Oopsie!
Hey y'all! I'm really excited about today's post. Today marks the one year anniversary since my very first Nail related post. My blog itself is actually several years old but I didn't get excited about it and post regularly until last year when I discovered my love for nail polish. I can't even begin to tell you how much I love this blog, it has really become my passion over the last year. I've learned so much and I feel like I grow and improve everyday and I really owe that all to my amazing followers and the support of my family and friends.
I want to give a huge thank you to ALL my family and friends. Your support of this has meant so much to me. Knowing that you read regularly and share my blog, really means a lot, thank you for your support. My husband is one of my biggest supporters, he shares my posts all the time and has been a great encouragement to me. I couldn't ask for a more supportive and loving man, he's top notch.Whether it's sharing my work with everybody you know or listening to my incessant talk about nail polish, I couldn't ask for more supportive family and friends. Thank you for believing in me :).
This blog is something I've become very proud of and it wouldn't be near as fun and exciting if it wasn't for my awesome followers. Reading all of your comments everyday is really what drives me and keeps me excited about doing this. I get so much inspiration and motivation from my followers and the amazing blogs I follow. I want to thank you all, from the bottom of my heart, for all of your kind words, your talent, your inspiration, your motivation and for the new friendships I've made over the last year. Thank you so much, I am so happy and proud to be among this amazing community of beauty bloggers.
Now that the mushy mushy stuff is over ;) , let me preface this next bit by saying that my first several months of blogging are pretty embarrassing. My pictures are craptastic, to say the least. I had just broken my camera and was taking photos with my old phone which was the equivalent of taking them with a toaster, they're just bad. And my nails....well, there's no excuse besides I just hadn't even begun to learn how to care for them properly. I am cringing inside knowing that I'm actually encouraging you to go look at it, but HERE it is anyways. Like I said, it was horrible, don't judge me. :P
Since this post marks one year since my first post, I thought I would go back to my roots, so to speak. As you can see from my first post, I was completely obsessed with the Bundle Monster plates, specifically the zebra print one. So I decided to revisit it and do it with a little more style this time ;)
For this mani I used China Glaze Wicked Style and Klean Color Neon Purple and over that I added a coat of Sally Hansen HD in DVD. The stamping is done with NYC Black Cream and of course the infamous Bundle Monster plate BM16.
I'm so glad that I get to share my passion with all of you. I can't say it enough, THANK YOU for all of your sweet comments and encouragement. XOXO
