Hey y'all! If you haven't heard yet today is World Diabetes Day and November is actually Diabetes Awareness month. Diabetes is a disease that affects millions of people. I read some of the statistics from American Diabetes Association and they say that nearly 26 MILLION children and adults have Diabetes and that's just in the United States. That's a staggering number.
While I do not have diabetes myself, my Mom, my Mamaw, my Uncle, my Aunt, and several of my friends all are diabetics. I've seen the struggles they go through with this disease and my heart goes out to them. So today, on World Diabetes Day, my post is dedicated to them.<3
